Al Portico Guest House Venice

The location of the guest house was excellent, with easy access to main streets, grocery stores, and eateries. It was also conveniently located within a short walking distance from the train station. The guest house was tidy and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and recommended sights to visit.

The accommodation space was small, making it challenging to open larger luggage. the room and bathtub were quite small, requiring us to almost walk sideways.

Convenient location near train station and Rialto Bridge. Friendly staff provided helpful map guidance and allowed early check-in. Modern and tidy rooms with charming, old structure. Superb breakfast available for room service.

Everything was spot on.

We stayed in a spacious room with a double bed, closet, and even a bathtub in the shower unit. The staff were helpful and gave us great information about the city highlights and vaporetto passes. The breakfast was good and served in a timely manner, and there is also an option to eat in a solarium. The location is perfect, very close to attractions and the train station, in a quiet street in the Cannaregio neighborhood.

There were some noisy deliveries in the back alley in the early morning, which disturbed our sleep.

Despite its central location, it is nestled in a nice neighborhood, away from the touristy hustle and bustle. The attention to detail is impressive, with three big windows in the rooms offering a lovely view. The rooms also come with full facilities, including an espresso machine, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, breakfast on the rooftop is a delightful way to start the day, with fresh juice and coffee included.

The hotel's location was ideal, with a vaporetto stop nearby, making it easy for us to explore the main places to visit in this city using the local map. the guest house is situated in a nice neighborhood away from the busy tourist area.

We had a very comfortable room with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the Venetian atmosphere. The staff was helpful, giving us great tips and even accommodating our gluten-free diet for breakfast. we had a wonderful stay at Al Portico Guest House.

I had an amazing experience at Al Portico Guest House. the staff were very good too make me feel welcome. The guy at the reception was helpful and friendly, even assisting me with my heavy suitcase. The room itself wasnice and neat, with a cute view from the window. The bed was highly comfortable and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to the train station and with all the necessary facilities nearby. I would highly recommend staying at Al Portico Guest House for a wonderful Venice experience.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and providing helpful information about the city. The breakfast selection was great, and it was served in the room at a time of my choosing. the guest house offered a comfortable and convenient experience.

The bed in the room was slightly uncomfortable, but it was made up for with the abundance of extra pillows provided.

Great location - close to shops and eateries, yet quiet; 2 min walk from S Marcuola water bus stop. Good-sized, comfortable room. Helpful staff, provided advice on traveling in the city. Convenient for exploring Venice, around 10 min from the train station. Amazing service, felt well taken care of.
